Instructions to Authors for Paper Submission
ANVESHAN 2024 accepts the submission of high-quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical work or research in any of the prescribed three Streams and their respective sub-themes.
Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Please download both the MS Word templates to help you prepare your work.
Authors must prepare their papers using our Microsoft Word template, and then convert these to PDF format for submission. The PDFs Should not be password-protected. Please submit both PDFs separately. Do not combine them.
Please mention the same ID Code you have been allotted at the time of Abstract Submission: ANV _ _ _ _
All manuscripts will be subjected to double blind peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
All authors are expected to read and strictly adhere to the Statement of Ethics and the Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement for IIA International Research Conference ANVESHAN given on our website at: https://iiaanveshanconference.com/statement-of-ethics/
Hence, any act of plagiarism will not be tolerated and will lead to the submission being automatically dismissed.
Plagiarism checking will be done by ANVESHAN and will directly contribute to your submission being accepted.
All papers will be subjected to double blind peer-reviews. Relevancy, structure, research method, ethical conducts, language standard, innovativeness, references, hypothesis, result presentation, proficiency, format, amongst many other factors are considered for the evaluation process.
It is the corresponding author's responsibility to ensure that:
- All named authors have consented to, and approved of the submission to ANVESHAN 2024
- The contact details for all co-authors are correctly entered into the submission system, and are correct at the time of submission
The authors will be notified whether or not their papers have been approved for paper presentation or for poster presentation.
The decision of the IIA Anveshan Committee will be final in all matters.
