- The presenting/ primary author to pay presentation fees; co-authors (if present in person) are to pay attendee fees.
- If one author is presenting multiple papers, need to pay only once. However, note that payment for papers selected to be published will be charged per paper.
- The conference fees include working lunch on Thu. 29 to Sat. 31 Aug. 2024 and gala dinner on Thu. 29 and Fri. 30 Aug. 2024
- Payment for local tours to be made at the Registration Desk on 29 Aug. 2024 in person.
- All travel and accommodation to be borne by authors.
